  • We welcome beginners on our tours and cater to paddlers of all skill levels! Before each tour, we provide paddling instructions and a brief safety talk to ensure everyone feels confident on the water. Our paddle routes are sutable or all skill levels.

  • We recommend wearing light, athletic clothing that is comfortable, breathable, and allows for ease of movement. Footwear such as water shoes or sandals that can get wet is ideal.

    We provide Bug Repellent, Dry Bags, all necessary Safety equipment including Whistles, Life Jackets, and proper lights for our night tours. (you may use your own life jacket as long as it is coast guard approved and in good condition)

  • Your safety is our top priority! Florida weather can change unexpectedly. In the event of inclement weather, we may place the tour on a 30-minute weather hold. If conditions remain unsafe after the hold, you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule for another tour, subject to availability.

  • We can accommodate large parties, if you are looking to book a private tour for your group, please reach out to us via email at info@apaddleinparadise.com or call us directly! We do offer group rates as well.

  • While gratuities are always appreciated they are not required! If you feel your tour and guide were exceptional, feel free to leave a tip, it is always appreciated!

  • Yes, our boards have a carrying capacity of 275 lbs. We allow ride alongs with small children if they are under 75lbs.

  • "Our kayak-mod systems combine the thrill of paddleboarding with the comfort of kayaking. Unlike traditional kayak seats that keep you sitting flat, our seats elevate you 7 inches to a comfortable height while maintaining a low center of gravity.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    1. General Cancellations:

    - Guests must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled tour departure for a full refund.

    - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour departure are non-refundable.

    2. Weather-related Cancellations:

    - This tour operates rain or shine. However, in cases of severe weather that pose a safety risk (such as thunderstorms, high winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the tour.

    - If severe weather forces us to cancel, guests will receive a full refund.

    3. Booking Through Third Parties:

    - If you booked your tour through a third-party booking platform or agent (e.g., Expedia, Viator), please note that refunds are subject to their policies and procedures.

    - We do not control the refund process for bookings made through third parties, and guests may experience longer delays in receiving refunds if they choose this booking method.

    4. How to Cancel:

    - To cancel a reservation, guests must contact us directly via email at Info@apaddleinparadise.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.

    5. Refund Process:

    - Refunds for cancellations within the allowed timeframe will be processed promptly using the original method of payment.

    - Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.

    6. Exceptions:

    - Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or severe travel disruptions. Please contact us directly to discuss such cases.
